Fields of Activity
My main research focuses on the development of the DLR medical robotic system MiroSurge and the new generation MIRO robot arms.
Besides project and team management, I work on system and mechanical design of the robotic arms.
Additionally:
- Coordinator of the medical device research group at the Institute of Robotics and Mechatronics
- Member of the institute's council and scientific board

- force reflecting hand controllers for master slave systems
